Diane Brunelle

Diane Brunelle is a Work and Organization Psychologist and Certified Human Resources Advisor (CHRP). She has 25 years of experience as a manager.

During her career, she managed the human, financial and material resources of various organizations. In addition, she has 30 years of experience as a board member of non-profit organizations.

Since 2014, Diane Brunelle has provided human resources management consulting services to NPO and SME managers. It offers support in managing difficult employees, improving the work climate, organizational development, labor relations, knowledge transfer and business transfer.

Diane Brunelle teaches, among other things, communication and conflict management in continuing education at the college level. She is a certified trainer by the Labor Market Partners Board for the purposes of the Act to promote the development and recognition of workforce skills.

She holds a master's degree in psychology, a certificate in prospective work management, a certificate in industrial relations and a DESS in social administration. She is currently completing a short graduate program in higher educatio
